Are you working with the public sector but are looking for a change?  Do you want to be seconded with us? The Office of the Prime Minister has an ongoing scheme, whereby public employees can be released to work with voluntary organisations of their choice. Public employees can be released for a maximum period of 12 months on a full-time basis. This is part of the social obligations of government, through its support of voluntary organizations. During the period of secondment, the public employee remains entitled to his or her basic salary. If you are eligible and want to spend 12 months working as a manager of a dynamic NGO, apply now by sending an email to [email protected] or call 79794082 for more information. We are committed to offer the scheme’s beneficiary the opportunity to be in charge of the administration of an NGO, including keeping in contact with our members, updating of website and other social media fora, organising activities such as debating panels and business breakfasts, client relations, and working on projects and training/mentoring programmes. For more information on what Women Directors in Malta stands for, check out our website and and Facebook page.   Application deadline is 15 November 2020.
